IT WAS A ROUGH START.

Born in Boston, I had to overcome a few hurdles. I was born prematurely with a birth injury sustained from an umbilical cord wrapped around my leg. It took the dedication and hard work of my mother to help me thrive. I would not be where I am today without her support during those early years.

Fast forward 30 years and I began a successful career with the Federal Government, which took me across the United States. During that time, fitness and health were integral parts of my life. As I traveled for work, my roots were always in Boston. I decided to leave the Federal Government after 15 years of service to come home.

Once I returned home, I was delighted by the news that my wife was pregnant with our first child. We welcomed our son into the world, but not without a few bumps along the way.

My wife needed to give birth through a Cecerian section for her and the baby's safety. Both Mom and baby came through the procedure successfully. Then it was time for my wife to get comfortable with her new body. I watched as my wife struggled to twist and bend at certain angles to pick up her son. She suffered from new sensations due to the incision made to the core muscles. But my wife is not one to just give up.

I wanted to help, so I studied and received my certification as a personal trainer. Then I began my deep dive into the education on core muscles, how to gain strength and lean muscle, and increase energy.

Through my wife’s hard work and my personal training support, she was able to build a strong core which has allowed her to pick her 26-pound toddler like a feather while she is putting in the laundry or cooking dinner. She says she feels great, she looks great, and she can’t wait to have another child. Most importantly, she loves her body again.

So, are you ready to fall in love with your body again or for the first time? I train men and women to meet their physical goals by overcoming their challenges. Let me help you.
